Hospital & clinical agreements
FHC can help coordinate the practical transition to an agreed hospital or clinical partner when the situation requires facility-based consultation, diagnostics or care.
How coordination works
Share the test, diagnostic requirement, hospital need or general situation.
The team identifies the relevant available partner option.
Location, availability, preparation and applicable charges are clarified.
The partner performs the test or facility service and issues the relevant report or care documentation.
Partner names describe current FHC working agreements and coordination routes; they do not imply ownership, exclusivity or a blanket endorsement. This page does not mean First Health Care performs laboratory analysis, imaging or hospital procedures itself, and it does not imply that every test or service is available at every branch. Current scope, pricing and availability should be confirmed before booking.
